About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Team Lead to lead our L&D team and manage training programmes across the company.

You will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating training materials, delivering training sessions, supporting employee development, and measuring training results. You will also guide and support a small L&D team.

This role requires someone who is comfortable both leading a team and delivering training directly.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs & Programme Development

• Work with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across different departments.
• Design and manage training programmes for new joiners and existing employees.
• Develop training for onboarding, sales, leadership, soft skills, and compliance.
• Create clear and engaging training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Use instructional design methods such as ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Develop classroom, online, and blended learning programmes.
• Create and update e-learning courses and training content.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support a small Learning & Development team.
• Set clear goals and responsibilities for team members.
• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and training projects.
• Review the quality of training materials and programmes created by the team.
• Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.

Training Delivery

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for employees across different departments.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership training, sales training, and skills development programmes.
• Work closely with managers to make sure training supports their department's needs.
• Manage external trainers and training providers when required.

LMS & E-Learning

• Manage and update training programmes through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track employee training, attendance, completion, and assessment results.
• Use e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, SCORM, or similar platforms.
• Make sure online training materials are updated and easy for employees to use.

Training Results & Reporting

• Measure whether training programmes are improving employee knowledge and performance.
• Use training evaluation methods such as the Kirkpatrick Model or similar methods.
• Track training results, completion rates, feedback, and performance.
• Prepare regular L&D reports and dashboards for management.
• Recommend improvements based on training results and employee feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience leading or supervising an L&D team.
• Strong experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Strong experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
• Good knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Experience with Articulate 360, SCORM, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong training, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Able to measure training results and prepare clear reports.
• CIPD, SHRM, or similar HR/L&D certification is preferred.
• Experience in real estate or the UAE market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Arabic and English speaking is preferred.
