Zeta42 is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and visitors while supporting the smooth daily operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages
* Provide accurate information about the academy’s programs and services
* Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Support basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Coordinate with team members when required
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Must have own UAE visa
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
* Basic computer and office software skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently
* Available to work on-site from Monday to Saturday
Location: Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary:AED 2,000–2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
