Job Summary
JHB Group, Inc. is seeking a Creative Media & AI Marketing Specialist. This individual will create, edit, and manage JHB Group’s visual and digital content using traditional creative tools and AI to dramatically increase the amount and quality of marketing content produced.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Product brochures, sell sheets, presentations
Trade-show graphics and signage
Vehicle/trailer graphics
Digital ads and promotional materials
Branding and maintaining JHB visual standards
AI Content Creation
Use AI for graphics, concepts, images and marketing materials
AI-assisted copywriting and content development
Generate product concepts, mockups and promotional visuals
Use AI to accelerate video, photography and editing
Continuously identify new AI tools that can improve JHB's marketing
Photography
Photograph trailers, vehicles, products and employees
Product photography
Job-site/event photography
Before/after and manufacturing-process photography
Maintain an organized digital photo library
Video
Shoot and edit product videos
Short-form videos/Reels/YouTube Shorts
Customer testimonials
Manufacturing/build videos
Training and instructional videos
Trade show and event video
Drone/video capability would be a major plus
Social Media
Manage JHB's social media content calendar
Create and post content
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Repurpose one piece of content across multiple platforms
Monitor engagement and identify what performs
Build JHB's presence within the fire, police, EMS, emergency management and government markets
Marketing Support
Assist sales with presentations and proposals
Create content for new product launches
Develop case studies and customer success stories
Support trade shows and events
Help turn JHB projects into ongoing marketing content
Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects is required.
- Familiarity with layout design, digital design, logo design, typography, and art direction is preferred.
- Strong illustration skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work or projects that demonstrate your design capabilities is highly encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
