Description and Requirements
Physical system assurance: Physical system assurance: Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot issues for video surveillance, access control, parking management, public address, video conferencing, information display, and structured cabling systems.
Data center management: Maintain operational environments in factory low-voltage equipment rooms (IDF/MDF), including UPS systems, precision air conditioning, and server racks, ensuring physical-layer link security.
Platform collaboration: Manage and maintain the smart campus management platform; liaise with vendors for routine bug fixes and feature iteration requirements.
Data operations: Monitor smart campus dashboard data to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of data from sensing devices (IoT sensors, energy metering terminals).
Vendor and project management: Coordinate with external maintenance service providers, oversee execution of annual/quarterly maintenance plans and evaluate service quality.Manage the low-voltage equipment warehouse and track low-voltage fixed assets across the campus.
Technical documentation and security compliance:Documentation updates: Maintain and update plant-wide low-voltage topology diagrams, IP address tables, endpoint location tables, and operation & maintenance manuals in real time. Collaborate with the security department to fulfill low-voltage system security management responsibilities.
