About the role
Job Brief:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of core HR functions and administrative operations in a collaborative, small-team environment where your work directly impacts our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support (basic level).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
- Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required.
- Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE.
- Native Arabic Speaker
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)
