The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining company information and records while helping ensure that data is complete, consistent, accurate, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Record Management

• Enter and update information accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Verify data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review records for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and make appropriate corrections.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic files, documents, and records.
• Follow established procedures for entering, updating, storing, and maintaining company information.
• Perform data searches and retrieve information when requested.

2. Administrative & Document Support

• Process and organize routine forms, reports, and administrative documents.
• Assist with preparing spreadsheets, summaries, and basic reports.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and other data-related projects as assigned.
• Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete, missing, or conflicting information.
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

3. Data Accuracy & Confidentiality

• Review information carefully and identify errors or discrepancies before records are finalized.
• Ensure data is entered consistently and according to company procedures.
• Identify missing information and follow up as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, customer, financial, or other business information.
• Exercise good judgment when handling sensitive documents and records.

Skills & Qualifications
