Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings across time zones
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document organization
• Data entry and database management

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors via email, phone, and video calls
• Facilitate virtual meetings including scheduling, sending invites, and preparing agendas
• Take meeting minutes and distribute action items

Operational Tasks

• Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks

• Support project management activities and track deadlines
• Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning

Technology & Tools

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate IT support when needed

Required Qualifications
