About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing service delivery, addressing operational concerns, identifying business opportunities, and acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLA, KPI, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review service performance, operational concerns, and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, HSE, and other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall contract compliance.
- Handle and resolve client complaints, escalations, and operational issues professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly account reports, performance updates, and action plans to management and clients.
- Monitor contractual obligations, service scope, manpower requirements, and additional client requests.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, contract extensions, and additional services within existing accounts.
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and contract renewals in coordination with the Business Development and Commercial teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, complaints, action plans, and account documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance Department regarding account receivables when required.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Participate in client presentations, business reviews, negotiations, and tender-related meetings when required.
- Ensure all client-related activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Support management in maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in parking, valet, facilities management, hospitality, property management, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in client relationship management and contract/service delivery.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Arabic-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations when required.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
