About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Intern (Supply Chain) to support our Supply Chain team in daily operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor coordination, and supply chain planning. It is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock record management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Help prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supply chain reports.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procurement and inventory transactions.
- Assist in analysing supply chain data and preparing reports.
- Support warehouse and logistics operations when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Perform other supply chain and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Hard Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
