Wolves International Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Available to join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
- Drive sales performance and achieve team targets
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Generate business opportunities and maintain client relationships
