Real Estate Agent

We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Advertise and market properties through online portals and social media platforms.
• Manage property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of real estate sales or leasing experience in the Dubai market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, freehold areas, and RERA regulations.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.
