Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and contract administration while supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing budgets, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and variations.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
