About the role
equirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
- Experience in main contractor/subcontractor works preferred
- Familiar with UAE construction standards, contracts, and site procedures
- Ability to handle variations, interim payments, and final accounts
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS-related software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQ and cost estimates
- Manage project costing and budget control
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations
- Prepare interim payment applications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for projects
