Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to immediately join our fit-out and construction team. The selected candidate will be working on a project between Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Manage tendering, pricing, and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare and review interim payment applications
• Handle variations, change orders, and cost updates
• Monitor project budgets and support cost control
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and project documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
