About the role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in villa finishing works and building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Material quantity schedules and procurement support
- Supplier price comparisons and cost analysis
- Tender preparation and variation order review
- Coordination with procurement and project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of QS experience
- Proven experience in residential villas and finishing works
- Strong knowledge of flooring, cladding, doors, glazing, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, pools, HVAC, electrical, and related finishing trades
- Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD
- Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, or similar QS software is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of finishing materials and market pricing
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
