About the role
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil projects
- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Monitor project costs and track variations from the budget
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills
- Evaluate and certify interim and final payments
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with terms
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Handle variation orders, claims, and disputes
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Maintain records of all project-related financial documents
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
