Property Consultant / Portuguese & Spanish Speakers

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and experienced Property Consultants who are fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Advise clients on Dubai's real estate market, investment opportunities, and available properties.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience in Dubai or overseas.
• Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Professional, presentable, and confident personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
