We offer a Professional and supportive work environment, regular training and marketing support. We allow flexibility for Sales agents to do Off-plan, Secondary and Leasing without restrictions.

Responsibilities:

▪ Understand the Investor objectives, preferences and prepare proposals

▪ Be updated with market trends and excellent Investor networking

▪ Attend Developer sessions on new projects and be updated on latest projects

▪ Identify homeowners and persuade them to list their properties for sale/rent

▪ Listing in Property portals, update the CRM system and Property Monitor analysis

▪ Advise on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations

Requirements:

▪ Min 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate with knowledge of Real estate market

▪ Passionate about Sales and having long term career plan in Property business

▪ Good communication and negotiation skills able to cultivate long-term relations

▪ Marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms

▪ Team working, collaboration and effective time management
