Preschool Lead Teacher

Hearts & Minds Daycare LLC is a growing early childhood education center serving children ages 2–5. As we continue to strengthen program quality and expand leadership capacity, we are seeking an experienced Lead Preschool Teacher for our 3–4 year old classroom.

Position Overview

Lead Teacher will:

• Lead a preschool classroom with full instructional responsibility
• Deliver a structured, developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned to early childhood best practices

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Instruction & Management

• Plan and implement weekly lesson plans (literacy, early math, STEAM, social-emotional learning)
• Maintain a structured, nurturing, and engaging preschool learning environment
• Support school readiness skills and early literacy foundations
• Manage classroom routines, behavior guidance, and transitions
• Maintain daily documentation and family communication

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
