Preschool Lead Teacher

Fieldview Academy is seeking 1-2 passionate, dependable, and nurturing teachers to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are a private Christian preschool serving children ages 2-5 and are committed to planting seeds of the Gospel, cultivating through relationships, and trusting God for growth.

Position Details

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Maintain classroom routines and expectations
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff
• Model Christian values and character

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Must be dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• A heart for children and a desire to share Christ's love with families
