MEP TECHNICIAN CUM DRIVER

Job description:

A Multi Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. The driving license allows them to move between different job locations, respond to service calls, and transport tools or materials.

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and fix faults in equipment and building infrastructure
• Conduct inspections to identify issues before they escalate
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs

Requirements

• Valid driving license (often UAE license if in UAE)
• Experience in multi-trade maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good problem-solving skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,900.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
