Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, or Electrical Technician to join our growing team for villa, fit-out, landscaping, and maintenance projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical maintenance, villa electrical works, fit-out projects, and MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in villas, buildings, and fit-out projects.
• Perform wiring, lighting installation, DB dressing, power distribution, and troubleshooting works.
• Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform effective repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, technical documents, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other MEP trades.
• Handle villa electrical works, building maintenance, and fit-out electrical installations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow Dubai authority regulations, site safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Technician, MEP Technician, or Building Electrician.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in villa projects, maintenance works, and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and site practices.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
