Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable .NET-based Microservices and modern frontend applications using Angular or React.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, REST APIs, SQL optimization, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and should be highly proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and solution design.

The candidate should demonstrate strong system design and problem-solving capabilities and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Must Have Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Angular or React for modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Good understanding of design patterns, scalable architecture, and system design.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and SQL query optimization.
• Understanding of SQL performance tuning, indexing, execution plans, and database optimization best practices.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases is desirable.
• Hands-on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes/containerization.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong experience integrating third-party APIs, services, and cloud components.
• Strong practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding assistants.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for:
  • Code generation and refactoring
  • Debugging and troubleshooting
  • Unit/test case generation
  • Code reviews and quality improvement
  • Documentation
  • Development automation
  • Solution/design assistance
• Candidate should be advanced/proficient in AI-driven development workflows, not merely familiar with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, testing, and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as:

• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET Microservices.
• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular or React.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based components.
• Optimize application and database performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
• Use AI tools for development, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and automation.
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
• Implement secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Owners, Architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives where required.
• Troubleshoot production and application issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and AI-driven engineering practices.
