About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Baristas to join our café team.
Position: Junior Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Assist senior baristas in daily café operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
- Ensure proper handling of coffee equipment and supplies
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Employment Type: Full-Time
