Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Female Specialty Coffee Barista to join our front-of-house team. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will not only craft exceptional coffee but also create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency
• Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival to departure
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the coffee station and front-of-house area
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute ideas for seasonal beverages, menu innovations, and creative presentations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for specialty coffee standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
