Healing Hands Spa is growing, and we're looking for a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

We are one of Knoxville's leading wellness destinations, with two established locations, a loyal client base, and a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an esthetician who wants to build a thriving clientele, expand their skills, and grow with a supportive and successful team.

What You'll Do

• Perform customized facial treatments and professional skin consultations
• Provide relaxing facial, scalp, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage techniques as part of facial services
• Create a luxurious, results-driven spa experience that promotes relaxation and wellness
• Perform facial and body waxing services
• Offer brow shaping, brow lamination, brow tinting, and lash tinting services
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and home care products
• Recommend retail products and treatment packages based on client needs
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation and safety standards
• Create exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Collaborate with our massage therapists and wellness team to provide a comprehensive wellness experience
• Participate in occasional marketing, social media content, and promotional events

Ideal Candidate

• Active Tennessee Esthetician License
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best
• Comfortable performing facial, scalp, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage techniques during facial treatments
• Experience with waxing, brow lamination, brow tinting, and lash tinting preferred
• Comfortable recommending retail products and treatment plans
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
