Nk MedSpa is a physician-owned medical aesthetics and wellness practice seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional looking for the flexibility of a 1099 position while benefiting from an established patient base, medical director oversight, and the opportunity to grow a thriving clientele.

Compensation:

· Starting at 30% revenue sharing on aesthetic procedures performed, with opportunities for increased revenue sharing based on experience, production, and long-term performance.

Responsibilities:

· Perform Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser treatments (within certification and scope).

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend appropriate professional skincare products, memberships, treatment packages, and wellness services.
• Educate patients on membership programs and treatment packages to support long-term care plans and patient retention.
• Utilize the practice's membership and patient engagement platform to enroll patients and manage recurring treatment plans.
• Maintain a professional social media presence to promote services, provide patient education, and support practice growth.
• Support marketing efforts and help build a patient base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Accurately document all consultations, treatments, consent forms, clinical photographs, and follow-up care in the EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with practice protocols, infection control standards, patient confidentiality, and infection prevention guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with the medical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Current Georgia Esthetician License required
• 2–5 years of experience in medical aesthetics or an advanced aesthetics practice
• Laser certification
• Experience with Hydrafacial and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
• Strong consultation, treatment planning, and client retention skills
• Proven ability to recommend skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages
• Professional appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and entrepreneurial mindset
