DevOps Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join a leading technology-driven organization in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a hands-on DevOps professional with strong experience in Infrastructure Automation , CI/CD , Containerization , Cloud Technologies , and Linux Administration .

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps platforms that support modern application delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployments.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible .
• Administer and support Linux-based environments and servers.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications and infrastructure.
• Support AWS , Azure , or GCP cloud environments and contribute to cloud optimization initiatives.
• Implement DevOps best practices , automation standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps Engineering , Platform Engineering , Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) , or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD .
• Solid experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Strong Linux Administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale production environments.
• Experience with AWS , Microsoft Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud-Native Architectures and Microservices .
• Knowledge of Monitoring , Logging , and Observability tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical production environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA , CKAD , AWS Certified , Azure Certified , Terraform Associate , or Red Hat Linux certifications are a plus.
