Responsibilities

* Analyse current administrative and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined administrative systems, workflows, and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness.
* Gather, organise, and interpret operational data to produce clear and insightful reports for management.
* Support project teams with administrative tasks, including resource scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management.
* Act as a central point of coordination between various departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.
* Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring all records are kept accurate and compliant with company policies.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports.
* Champion best practices in operational administration across the company.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative, operations analysis, or a similar role.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* A self-starter with the discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote setting.
* A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience working within a technology consultancy or digital agency environment would be a significant advantage.
