Key Objectives

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings for various departments.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
• Prepare and process routine reports, forms, and documentation as required.
• Support inventory tracking and ordering of office supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support special projects and events.

Qualifications
