About Position:

This role involves coordinating and managing Learning & Development programs, including training planning, needs assessment, stakeholder coordination, LMS management, reporting, and evaluation of training effectiveness. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives and continuous improvement of employee development programs.

What You'll Do:

• Training Program Coordination: To assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars. To coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements. To track and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
• Needs Assessment: To conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis. To identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the workforce. To recommend appropriate training solutions to address identified needs.
• Evaluation and Feedback: To collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness. To use feedback to make recommendations for improvements to training programs. To monitor and measure the impact of training on employee performance and development.
• Technology and Systems Management: To utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and track training. To ensure training records are accurately maintained and accessible. To stay current with advancements in learning technologies and recommend new tools and platforms which will bring in automation and reduce manual work of hte program management team.
• Compliance and Reporting: To ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. To prepare and submit detailed reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes. To maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes. To generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, employee engagement, and development progress. To provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the impact and ROI of training programs. Should maintain and update reports for all training transactions on a daily basis. Should update the same on a timely basis. Should log and maintain various status reports for different offerings. Should address any adhoc queries for reports arising from management and any other internal stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Should interact with training requestors to collect training requirements. Should coordinate/interact with internal/external trainers for training schedule. Should facilitate the evaluation calls/meetings between internal SMEs and external trainers, if required. Should ensure that all internal customer / stakeholder queries are addressed and closed in a timely fashion. In case of assessment operations, should co-ordinate with all internal/external trainers and assessment requestors for creating questions, review and evaluation of assessments and scheduling the same.
• Training/ Assessment Planning: Should manage the scheduling in the system as per the calendar planned by the Operations Manager and/or Lead. Should ensure logistics including room booking, virtual machine management, and any other learning material requirements, are taken care of for any trainings/assessments allocated. Should ensure that trainings/assessments are scheduled as per SLA.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Prior experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to training operations and program execution.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to understand learning needs and ensure effective program delivery.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver learning programs aligned with business and employee development objectives.
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end learning delivery across multiple programs, including planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, trainers, and internal teams.
