We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team based in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining critical company data, playing a vital role in the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and systems.
* Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure complete accuracy.
* Maintain and update existing records to reflect the most current information.
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations.
* Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification will be considered an asset.
