About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels for our clients. You'll work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing assets
- Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, automation)
- Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CTR, ROAS, CAC) and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending for multiple client accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts/campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
Nice to Have
- Google Ads / HubSpot / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page edits
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency setup
