Job description

As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will be a vital part of a large, cross-functional customer service team supporting a variety of consumer, technical, and niche industry products. You will provide exceptional service through effective communication, issue resolution, and order processing while occasionally participating in travel-based training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
• Resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism
• Process orders and update customer information via data entry
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records
• Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow up on unresolved inquiries and complaints
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
• Troubleshoot product and service-related technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry tasks
