The Role:

As the Performance Media Manager for UGG, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day success of the Performance Media team. You’ll translate strategy into seamless execution across Paid Search, Affiliates, SEO x GEO, Paid Social (Lower Funnel focus), and Display Retargeting. Your mission is to deliver digital Performance Media excellence through quality traffic, ROAS health, and enhanced Ecommerce conversion, ensuring strong commercial performance across priority EMEA markets. You’ll connect strategic direction with executional excellence, partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize channel effectiveness, investment efficiency, and ROAS.

Your Impact:

• Lead day-to-day Performance Media operations across key digital channels, ensuring delivery against commercial Ecommerce objectives
• Translate business priorities, trade plans, and campaign briefs into effective channel activation plans
• Support the Performance roadmap through strong execution, optimization, and stakeholder alignment
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability through new tools and improved ways of working
• Manage cross-channel media optimization, ensuring budgets are paced and invested effectively
• Deliver clear performance insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Own Performance Media reporting cadence, delivering weekly trade updates, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews
• Activate and optimize 1st Party Data strategies across Search, Social, and Display activity
• Own day-to-day Performance Media budget management, ensuring accurate spend pacing, allocation, and investment optimization
• Lead monthly media spend forecasting and reforecasting, maintaining visibility of budget risks and opportunities
• Oversee PO creation, accruals, invoicing, and financial tracking, ensuring strong financial governance
• Act as the critical link between the Senior Performance Media Manager and Performance Media Senior Specialist, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear actions
• Line manage and develop the Performance Media Senior Specialist, providing coaching and support
• Build strong partnerships with Brand Media, Ecommerce, CRM, and Finance teams to deliver integrated media plans
• Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning within the team
• Build strong working relationships with agency and platform partners, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and performance accountability
• Stay up to date with platform developments, AI readiness, and performance marketing trends
• Support testing, learning, and innovation initiatives to improve channel effectiveness and scale future performance

We would Love to Hear from People with:

• Experience in Performance Marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO x GEO, Display, and Affiliates
• Strong hands-on understanding of performance media activation, optimization, reporting, and agency delivery
• Experience managing at least 1-2 team members, with the ability to coach, prioritize, and build ownership
• Proven experience managing significant digital media budgets with strong pacing, forecasting, and ROI discipline
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and forecasting models
• Ability to work effectively with agencies, platforms, and cross-functional stakeholders
