About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and tech-savvy Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role designed for a forward-thinking professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative online lead generation and direct outbound sales.The ideal candidate will own the entire lead lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing daily social media updates, building and optimizing paid ad campaigns, and actively picking up the phone to make cold calls from our internal database. Crucially, you must be proficient in utilizing modern AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, or AI-driven sales dialers/CRMs) to speed up content creation, write compelling ad copy, analyze campaign data, and optimize outbound scripts.Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- AI Content Generation: Leverage generative AI text and image tools to efficiently produce high-quality copy, graphic assets, and concept briefs for social platforms.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Content & Social Media Management: Plan and execute a weekly content calendar featuring daily updates to ensure our online brand remains highly active, engaging, and professional.
- Lead Capture Optimization: Build and refine basic landing pages, lead capture forms, and automated introductory messaging workflows to lower costs and maximize conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics: Continuously monitor and report on key marketing metrics, specifically tracking Click-Through Rates (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and overall marketing return on investment (ROI).
2. Outbound Inside Sales & Database Conversion
- Targeted Cold Calling: Proactively make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily utilizing the company’s structured internal database and historical lists.
- AI Sales Workflow Optimization: Utilize AI assistance to refine sales pitches, practice objection-handling scenarios, and personalize professional follow-up templates.
- Sales Pitching & Consultation: Conduct phone-based discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points, present tailored solutions, and confidently overcome common objections.
- Pipeline Advancement: Nurture cold prospects through the entire sales pipeline—effectively converting raw database data into qualified leads, booked appointments, or closed revenue.
- Omnichannel Follow-up: Execute rigorous, structured follow-up sequences combining persistent phone calls with professional WhatsApp and email communication to revive cold or unresponsive prospects.
3. CRM Management & Strategy Alignment
- CRM Pipeline Ownership: Maintain flawless data hygiene inside the company CRM by logging every call outcome, client interaction note, and next-action task instantly.
- Marketing-to-Sales Feedback Loop: Leverage direct insights and feedback gathered from cold calls to immediately tweak and optimize target audiences, imagery, and messaging in our live ad campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance summaries detailing exact lead generation volume, call statistics, and revenue or meetings generated from your combined efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your success in this role will be directly measured by the following targets:
- Daily Call Volume:20 to 30 outbound dials per day from the internal database.
- Pipeline Conversion: Transforming 10% to 15% of connected phone calls into qualified sales stages.
- Sales Targets: Securing 3 to 5 qualified meetings booked (or direct deals closed) per week from cold lists.
- Content Output: Publishing 4 to 5 high-quality organic posts per week, including a minimum of 2 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks).
- Speed to Lead: Maintaining an inbound response time of under 15 minutes for platform comments and direct messages (DMs) during business hours.
- CRM Compliance:100% data entry compliance before leaving the office each day.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience split between digital marketing (running paid ads) and inside sales/telemarketing (outbound cold calling).
- AI Tool Fluency: Strong, practical knowledge of popular Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, or visual AI platforms) to streamline content writing, research, and workflow management.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience working inside Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and running budget-based ad campaigns.
- Phone Resilience: A thick skin, high energy, and excellent telephone etiquette. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and driving conversations with cold contacts.
- Organization Skills: The ability to effectively block your time daily between creative marketing tasks and structured sales calling blocks.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
