Children's House Montessori School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our school. This role is crucial for our continued growth, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about education and skilled in relationship-based sales and admissions. The offered salary is $65,000 - $69,987 per annum (USD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed student enrolment targets.
• Manage the entire admissions cycle, from the initial enquiry and school tour to final registration and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing them with all necessary information and guidance.
• Organise and conduct engaging school tours, open days, and other recruitment events to showcase our unique learning environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local nurseries, community groups, and educational consultants to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with the school's leadership team to develop marketing materials and communication strategies.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all admissions activities using our CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on enrolment figures, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, admissions, or business development role, preferably within the education sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with families.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of enquiries.
• A proactive and target-driven approach, with a demonstrable track record of achieving goals.
• A genuine passion for education and a strong appreciation for the Montessori philosophy.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
