Blauberg Ventilatoren, a leading German company specializing in advanced ventilation systems and air management solutions, is seeking a motivated and highly organized professional to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time/ part-time remote position for a candidate based in the United States.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Salary:$34.00 - $40.00 USD per hour
Responsibilities
• Manage schedules, organize appointments, and coordinate calendars for senior staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and are easily accessible.
• Assist with data entry and the management of company databases.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and taking minutes.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
