Role: Digital Marketing Manager – ATN Media Concept
Reports to: Marketing Director
Role Objective
To manage execution, team performance, and client results across all digital channels, ensuring campaigns generate leads, ROI, and retention — while keeping the team accountable and organized.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Performance & Delivery
- Oversee all active campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social)
- Ensure every campaign is:
- Result-driven (leads, conversions, ROI)
- Properly tracked (GA4, pixels, events)
- Identify underperforming accounts and fix them
2. Team Management
- Manage daily work of:
- SEO team
- Ads team
- Social/content team
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure delivery
- Conduct weekly team check-ins
- Solve delays, quality issues, and bottlenecks
3. Client Communication
- Handle mid-to-high value clients
- Join monthly review calls
- Explain performance in simple business terms
- Manage expectations and reduce escalations
4. Strategy Execution (Not Just Coordination)
- Review and refine:
- Ad strategies (budget, targeting, creatives)
- SEO plans (keywords, content, technical)
- Suggest improvements based on data
- Ensure strategies align with client goals
5. Reporting & Insights
- Monitor key metrics:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Traffic growth
- Conversion rates
- Ensure reports are:
- Accurate
- Insightful (not just data dumps)
- Highlight wins + issues proactively
6. Process & Workflow Management
- Improve internal systems:
- Task management
- Content flow
- Campaign launches
- Ensure:
- Deadlines are met
- Work quality is consistent
7. Upselling & Growth Support
- Identify opportunities for:
- More ad spend
- SEO expansion
- New services (AI SEO, CRO, landing pages)
- Support sales team with insights when needed
KPIs (What You Hold Them Accountable For)
- Campaign performance (leads, CPL, ROI)
- Client retention rate
- % of tasks delivered on time
- Reduction in client complaints
- Growth in existing client accounts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years in digital marketing (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads + Meta Ads
- SEO basics
- Analytics/reporting
- Experience managing a small team
- Good communicator (clients + internal)
- Organized and deadline-driven
