About the Role

AM Audit is seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Arabic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, has hands-on experience in digital marketing, and is passionate about creating engaging content, managing online campaigns, and generating high-quality leads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence across websites, search engines, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising while ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Manage and update company websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, and other content management systems.
• Create engaging Arabic and English content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Design professional marketing materials, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional content using Canva.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages and comments, and grow online communities.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar email marketing software.
• Build and manage email lists, automation workflows, newsletters, and campaign performance reports.
• Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Generate monthly reports covering website traffic, SEO performance, advertising ROI, lead generation, and social media insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns supporting audit, accounting, tax, AML, and business consulting services.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and platform updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online lead generation.
• Experience managing websites using WordPress, Elementor, or other CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva for designing professional marketing materials.
• Hands-on experience with social media management across major platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and copywriting in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
