Responsibilities
- Create ad creatives for User Acquisition (image and video formats);
- Utilize AI tools throughout the production process;
- Collaborate with the UA team to generate and develop creative ideas;
- Eventually step into Creative Producer tasks: develop and implement creative strategy for FPS projects, generate ideas, prepare technical specifications (spec/briefs) for video, playable, and static creatives, and perform competitor analysis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in motion design and AI video creation;
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (composition, tracking, fake UI/HUD overlays, motion graphics);
- Experience with Adobe Premiere or DaVinci (video editing, color correction) and Photoshop;
- Deep hands-on experience with AI tools as an essential part of the workflow;
- Proven experience with Video-gen models (Kling, MiniMax, Veo, Seedance, Runway), including image-to-video, reference/R2V, and maintaining character consistency across shots;
- Proven experience with Image-gen models (Flux, Seedream, Nano Banana), including inpainting, upscaling, and artifact cleaning;
- Desire to grow towards a Creative Producer role.
Bonus points for
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine (working with game content, recording gameplay, export);
- Experience in the GameDev industry with midcore titles;
- Basic understanding of the creative side of User Acquisition (creative metrics, ability to analyze data and formulate creative hypotheses);
- Proficiency in Figma.
