Confidential Hiring | Field Surveyor / Data Collector

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a statistical field project across Dubai. This role involves field data collection, engagement with households and establishments, and ensuring high-quality survey data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and successfully complete theoretical and practical training programs, including passing final assessments

• Study and understand foundational materials related to field and office-based statistical surveys

• Receive assigned work areas and samples via electronic geographic mapping tools

• Familiarize with assigned locations and their characteristics

• Conduct field visits to households, establishments, or authorized representatives to collect accurate data

• Complete and review survey forms, ensuring accuracy and correcting errors when needed

• Maintain visit schedules and coordinate appointments with households/establishments

• Report technical or administrative challenges to the field supervisor

• Submit data electronically on a daily basis

• Ensure adherence to professional conduct, including wearing official identification and maintaining device readiness

• Perform daily data checks and validation before submission

• Provide regular feedback and observations from field activities

• Maintain continuous communication with the field supervisor to resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Good computer literacy

• Preference for candidates with English certifications (TOEFL 40+ or IELTS Band 5+)

• Valid residency visa

• Good conduct and professional attitude

• Medically fit for fieldwork
