Surveyor Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for construction projects.
• Set out project locations, levels, alignments, and boundaries.
• Verify dimensions and coordinates based on approved drawings.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and field notes.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and consultants.
• Monitor site progress and provide accurate survey data as required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and other surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site setting-out procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
