About Us

Join the team at Seabird — a nationally recognized, James Beard-nominated fine dining seafood restaurant in historic downtown Wilmington, NC. We change our menu daily based on back-door deliveries from local fishers, farmers, and foragers. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to craft, community, and NC's coast.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of higher-end serving and steps of service. A genuine interest in food and where it comes from. Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and has a good attitude.
