Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data integration, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server and Oracle databases, hands-on experience with T-SQL and PL/SQL development, and a solid understanding of query optimization techniques. The role involves working with ETL processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools to deliver accurate and actionable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects in SQL Server and Oracle environments.
• Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to support business and operational objectives.
• Perform query tuning and database performance optimization to ensure efficient data processing.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and KingswaySoft.
• Integrate, extract, and transform data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Develop, deploy, and support operational and analytical reports using SSRS.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and databases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Document technical specifications, data models, and reporting processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Database Developer, BI Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with T-SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Expertise in query writing, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft for data integration and ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience with SSRS report development and deployment.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
