Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the social media team.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, review, and schedule engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to achieve business goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other social platforms.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
