Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Coordinator for Fleet, you will:

• Fleet Oversight:
• Monitor daily performance and productivity of riders .
• Ensure riders comply with operational protocols and company standards.
• Logistics Management:
• Coordinate rider schedules, route allocations, and shift planning.
• Handle daily check-ins and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact between riders and the operations team.
• Ensure clear and effective communication regarding updates, policies, and feedback.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all riders adhere to safety regulations, including proper bike maintenance and rider conduct.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, rider attendance, and incident reports.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve rider grievances, delays, or disruptions in coordination with internal teams.
• Proactively manage emergencies or unexpected challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Deliveroo operations: 1 year (Preferred)
