Fleet Coordinator

We're Hiring – Fleet Coordinator (Abu Dhabi)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Xoom Delivery Services LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet or delivery operations.
• Experience handling delivery platforms such as Noon Food, Keeta, Min, Talabat, Deliveroo, or similar last-mile delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of rider management, attendance tracking, leave management, and manpower coordination.
• Ability to contribute actively to the hiring and onboarding of riders for our growing fleet.
• Passionate, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet and rider operations.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate rider onboarding, offboarding, and movement updates.
• Support recruitment efforts and ensure adequate rider staffing levels.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, POCs, HR, and Operations teams.
• Track fleet utilization, vehicle allocation, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure operational KPIs and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Resolve operational escalations and rider-related issues.
