About Us
Hydrock Solutions is a Dubai-based Construction Operations Support Company providing estimation, procurement, and operational support services to contractors and project-based businesses across the UAE.
We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Quantity Surveyor to support our growing portfolio of construction, villa modification, fit-out, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
- Prepare detailed BOQs
- Assist in tender pricing and bid preparation
- Review drawings and specifications
- Prepare cost comparison sheets
- Prepare variation order pricing
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Coordinate with operations team on project requirements
- Support procurement and commercial activities
- Maintain estimation databases and records
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization exercises
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent quantity take-off skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
- Previous UAE or Dubai construction experience
- Experience in villa modification projects
- Experience in fit-out projects
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects
- Understanding of UAE construction standards and market rates
