Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Qualification: DAE (Civil)

Experience: 5–8 Years in Building Construction (Civil Works)
Preference: Experience on Government Projects from Contractor’s Side

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor for our construction projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience working on government projects from the contractor’s side. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
• Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
• Preparation of Variation Orders (VOs).
• Rate analysis for civil works and materials.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Verification of quantities and site measurements.
• Coordination with site and technical teams for timely approvals.
• Strong understanding of government project documentation and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and quantity verification skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
